I had the pleasure of working with Deidre for 7+ years while at Morgan Samuels and she is by far one of the most detail-oriented, process driven, timely executive assistants I have ever partnered with. Deidre and I both supported the Emerging Products and Technology practices at Morgan Samuels together in different capacities and my job was never possible without the support of Deidre. Not only is she incredibly smart, but she is also action oriented and she takes a ton of pride in her collaboration with both peers, partners and clients. Her client solution skills, and client management skills were top notch and she was always able to problem solve quickly and effectively to make sure everyone involved was happy and moving forward. I could also always count on her to think outside the box of her determined "scope and role" and get innovative and in the weeds when situations would arise that needed critical creative thinking. All professional skills aside, Deidre is an amazing person. She is loyal and a really great friend and would be an incredible asset to any team.

Deidre is one of the most creative individuals I know with the ability to encourage others to embrace innovation. She helps visions come to life, is a great team player and thought leader!
