I coordinated the concurrent enrollment opportunities for the Millard Public Schools district, K - 12. I oversee the Millard Early College High School program, serving 600 students per year. These students attain a high school diploma and an MCC Associate’s degree, concurrently. I also support the transition of high school students to MCC and other colleges nationally. I develop robust relationships with other MCC divisions, K-12 teachers, and MCC faculty and staff to orient students, assist registration, advise placement, and answer questions to ultimately promote student learning and success for a diverse community of learners.

Job duties included managing reunification efforts for families involved in the Nebraska child welfare system. My caseload included a diverse demographic of families with mixed races, cultures, stressors, and social classes. I facilitated monthly family team meetings for goal collaboration and created plans of action for families to achieve success through reunification. I was responsible for producing periodic reports of progress to the juvenile court system, judges, lawyers, and additional family stakeholders.
