Imagine1day International organization is working in Education and WASH sector in both emergency and development intervention arena. It is really dynamic and growing foreign (Canadian) charity organization. Working here is actually wonderful and passionate for me. I am currently supporting the organization in developing M&E system of the organization. I developed Toladata databases and survey tools (Kobo toolbox) so that different imagine1day projects are using this system to track the result indicators. Sense making donor reporting has been tracked through the system. I have also developed different manual that supports practical M&E activities. The capacity of M&E structure are/have been improving on M&E system such as on database, knowledge management, data collection and analysis, sense making report for donors and communication of results with evidence. I was working in Monitoring and Evaluation and KML specialist position in IFAD funded program (i.e., Participatory Small Scale Irrigation Development Program (PASIDP) for more than five years at Oromia Regional unit.
