  Production and maintenance departments were leaded with the team of 3 managers, 15 engineers, 300 blue collars. The main KPIs were industrial costs, efficiency, H&S score, scrap, energy consumption and maintenance costs. The database programmes such as Proview and Plus (labour efficiency following) were improved with a project team to achieve these KPIs and 5S studies were headed, white belt and green belt 6 Sigma working groups were coached.
