I had the pleasure of working with Dee in many business aspects. Dee, has superior manage as well as business development skills that allow her to exude in many roles. Dee would be an asset to any organization who invites her experience of leadership.

Dee is, without a doubt, the best manager I've ever had. She has the almost impossible mix of being a great mentor, leader, friend and peer. Dee was able to manage different people in different ways based on their personality in order to get the very best out of them. She was able to lead from the front when necessary and get her hands dirty to promote team unity, yet allow people to develop their own skills as well. She is extremely smart and savvy with years of real-world experience. Her sales production speaks for itself, with consistent top 3 finishes in a company of 40? 50? other sales managers and 800 salespeople. Dee could be tough when necessary, both with her subordinates as well as executive management - never in a bad way, but just pushing what was right with a carefully analyzed and reasoned argument. However, and I think this says it better than anything, Dee was a manager that you never wanted to disappoint, always wanted to give your best for, and always wanted to make look as good as possible because of how amazing she was to work for.
