Having worked with Dee for about 10 years, you must believe me when I say, Dee is one of the best bosses I ever worked for in my career. Positive, energetic, a real motivator. I don't think anyone was ever surprised when they were rewarded, or even reprimanded for that matter. Dee was always certain to make clear on expectations. What is even better is she was always looking out for people in terms of how to help them be even better at what they do. I would like to work for her again, if it wasn't for the fact we moved out of town. In times past, I always jumped at any opportunity to work projects where she was in charge! Whatever success I am today, I give Dee some credit for being such a great mentor and encourager.
