I had the distinct pleasure of working with Deepika as a colleague and fellow Pre-Sales Engineer at Microsoft for several years. During this time, I learned that Deepika is one of those rare individuals who can not only work with people at all levels, from CxO to deep dive techie very successfully, but also translate technical needs to business needs, and vice versa with astonishing accuracy and speed. In addition, Deepika is a great leader, who led by example while at Microsoft and who I would happily work for if I had the opportunity. This is not only true internally, but also externally, where she or her company would be the first group I'd reach out to for help in these areas. Her more recent experience with Office 365, Project, Azure and other Microsoft technologies has been extremely impressive, and she is able to be as good as she is while still keeping up and staying ahead of the rapid pace of chance of Microsoft's cloud roadmap. I hope to work with Deepika again one day and would strongly recommend Deepika and any company she's leading to anyone who asked and was fortunate enough to have the opportunity to work with her.
