I had an opportunity to work closely with Deepawal as part of an IT Strategy engagement that we did for a leading global retailer. As part of the overall engagement and the work-stream Deepawal helped us Build and Support the IT Capability from scratch (taking care of the entire system design, and development to deployment process), he was instrumental in helping us build some of the key IT Process flows, working with the target stakeholder group to map the complex ITIL processes and taking them to closure. Overall, he was able to drive various platform adoption workshop discussions and map out the Target To-Be state process flows with the team and ensuring an on-time delivery and ensuring that the IT Capability built was first-time right.
