The approach was Quality is total and Excellence is non negotiable! We reduced customer complaints by more than 93%. Facilitated to align team for providing best services & establishing SOP’s for fast complaint redressal & streamlining customer resolution. Ensured that we improved the percentage of complaints resolved in defined time by around 30% Spearheaded a dedicated team on product benchmarking using reverse engineering to draw insights of the processes & capabilities of competitors Led the team for projects on sustainability. Established the compliance goals as a means to attain business goals by bringing on board cross functional teams, making the metrics measurable, identifying the as is level vis-à-vis global index & chalking action plan. In a period of 6 months, 4 projects worth annual saving of Rs.1.5crore executed.
