Operation and configuration of the Production Studio, Teams, WebEx and Zoom Meetings through the automation system CRESTRON and also by using various software. 5. Preparing the working design of projects and listing the equipment. Providing quotations and budgets of the projects to the various customers. And also managing the procurement of equipments from the Vendors. 6. Providing effective and result in oriented service to the customers at any cost with 24 hrs service. 7. Providing an inventory of the equipments and regularly checking the available equipments for upcoming projects and events. 8. Prepare and monitor the gate pass of the equipment and regularly maintain the records. 9. Recruitment of the technical staff/Team for the projects and providing AV training to them. Also, arrange regular operational AV technical training for various customers. 10.
