Analyzed Boeing’s documentation and current training manuals on various CATIA V5 workbenches and ENOVIA V5 in support of the 747, 777 and the 787 programs. Used the results of analysis to enhance and develop Boeing’s documentation on CATIA V5 and ENOVIA V5 to ensure usage of best engineering design practices available. Using prior experience in Composite Design, Aerospace Sheet Metal Design, and Structural Analysis workbenches in CATIA V5, designed manuals for respective workbenches while strictly adhering to technical writing guidelines. Tested various models of STB for functionality conformance through Bench Testing and Gen5 techniques, and passed on functional units to refurbishing unit for further processing. Through diagnosis and testing, analysed functional and physical conditions of Bell satellite set top boxes (STB) and forwarded them to proper channel for further processing. Upgraded STB hardware as well as repaired STB circuitry using soldering techniques.
