• Worked with JPAL South Asia as a Field monitor for 2 years (2010-2012) on project “DFS” (Study related to the Anemia in Bihar.) I was handling a team of 12 surveyors & my main work was to find respondents in village and convince them for the survey.The survey included filling out the questionnaire & taking the Anthro readings( height,weight,mid- upper arm circumference size). I was also doing back check & spot checks of the Survey.•MNREGA in three district (Bhartpur, Dholpur & Karoli) Rajasthan. I was handling a team and my main work is after going to surveyors on field spot check and back check of the survey.
