Moreover, coordinating with various external consultants. i.e. Grant Thornton, Protiviti, etc. in relation to the internal audits functions.• Implementing Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) at Group level and acting as the Chief Risk Officer .• Attending to Audit Committee meetings and presenting on internal audit, external audits, Group financial reporting function, etc. Banking :• Building and maintaining strong relationship with banks .• Coordinating with banks for credit facilities, corporate credit cards, etc.• Monitoring the compliance to the bank loan covenants at monthly basis.
