Provide computer support for both software and hardware initiatives within IT. Handle & maintain 200 computers, internal LAN infrastructure and IT assets. Provide support to the Microsoft products such as Windows Vista, XP, Windows 7, Windows 8 and 8.1, Windows 10, MS - Office (2007, 2010 & 2013) and other application software. Responsible for software and hardware installation, configuration & troubleshooting in laptops and internal systems. Managing the configuration & issues pertaining to IP phones (Polycom IP320, IP5000, ClearOne, Grandstream GXP1405 and Grandstream Video Phones) and taking care of audio & video conferencing equipment. Take care of standalone and network printers such as HP Laser Jet 1022N, 1020, 3035M, P1007, 1120N and CP1025 (color printer). Supporting end users on L1 related issues and Resolving tickets with in the SLA which is raised from End User side. Install, test and configure new workstations, peripheral equipment and software also assist with on boarding of new users. Being a part of the IT security team, I take care of security threats related to LAN network & infrastructure. Provide technical support to all the staff member of Arctern & Volt present at remote locations. Co-ordinate with IT vendor for procuring various IT assets and services and manage required documentation.
