Key Accountabilities: Assist and liaise with Hiring / Line Mangers regarding the completion of administrative recruitment processes. Responsible for applying insurance &Privilege card for all new employees. Responsible for filling (HR letters/Final Settlement/leave settlement/all HR documents putting into the individual file. (UAE& Middle East). Staff bank A/c: Arranging required documents/making worksheets with details/contact to bank agent/handover to documents/follow up/Once ATM card receive-arrange to dispatch / deliver to store. Cash Advance: Doing paper work to release HRA advance to staff/getting approval/making record sheet to provide records to Payroll.
