  Prepare quotations (Proforma’s) as per sales team instructions / requirements for Customers. Confirming received purchase orders information internally and releasing internal purchase orders for Purchase and Production team through SAP ERP. Preparing and sending OA (Order Acknowledgement), PI (Performa Invoice), and BG (Bank Guarantee) to customers. Follow with the customers for Road permits (if required). Maintaining Customer Purchase Orders and executing the same on regular intervals. Co-ordination with Accounts department for generating Invoice against each purchase order and dispatch the materials to Customers. Co-ordination with customer for E1 invoices in case of E1 transactions. Sending dispatch details of the material to customers. Follow-up with transporters after dispatching material from factory till it reaches the customer warehouse safely. Maintaining / Handling all sales related documents and records. Preparing / Maintaining MIS. Preparing consolidated MIS on weekly and monthly basis (Reports, Database Mgmt.) for Management reviews. Handling sales related calls and interacting with Customers for their requirements. Submission of Invoices for payments along with all required documents like DC, LR, POD, Warranty Certificate to customers as per agreed payment terms. Show less
