  I am getting the purchase request from concern department for Purchasing material.Already we have supplier master list for Requested material based on we send the enquiry for approved supplier and get the Quotation. then we finalize the supplier based on Quality ,time and cost.Once finalize we get the Quotation approval from MD and raised purchase order to supplier and procure the material base on lead time.Then we attached the GRN for receiving the material from supplier against the Po.And send the Invoice copy for Process to Account team.
