RBDC Lacrosse conducts lacrosse clinics, small group work and individual training specifically focused on the art of shooting. We also run team training and coaches clinics. Our primary goal at RBDC lacrosse is to use our experiences and training from playing at the highest level to help players become elite shooters. We strongly believe in the techniques we have learned and refined over the years and it has helped to generate a high level of accuracy, speed and consistency.
