  ACHIEVEMENTS • Led and advised many large enfranchisement deals, with a particular focus on acting on Landlord and Tenant matters, leasebacks, investors, occupiers, secured lenders and some development work • Managed a portfolio of various commercial properties worth over £2.5 million, for remortgages and equity transfers for large commercial clients • Led negotiations for a number of lease acquisitions for Domino’s pizza chain • Managed solely the entire project of Brent Council’s South Kilburn portfolio for the regeneration structure including different phases of contracts, agreements, sale backs and other legal aspects.
