It has been my great pleasure over the past several years to work with such an amazing talent. Rare is the IT person that has a personality that meshes well with others outside the field and Deedra is one of those rare talents. She is a fast learner and highly capable at anything to which she applies herself. Deedra excels at problem solving and taking ownership of projects which allows her to see things through with exceptional results. Her initiative and drive are truly above the rest. In the time I worked with Deedra, I personally watched her professional growth as she moved from a helpdesk position into IT leadership and management. Not only has she been an asset to my department, but she played an intricate part in the quality and marketing departments in her new position, which set her outside a traditional IT role. Deedra has always been able to hit the ground running and enthusiastically participate in any and all areas she has been assigned or otherwise found herself involved. I wholeheartedly recommend Deedra for any position to which she applies. I know she will be an asset to any organization, as she has been to the Green Clinic Health System.

While working with Deedra I observed that she showed great attention to detail. She showed her willingness to go above the call of duty by responded quickly, completing her job to his fullest and having a wonderful attitude the entire time she did it. She always explained to me what she did, so not only did she fix my problem but she taught me about it to prevent future problems. She showed great knowledge in her used her skills accordingly.
