  I introduced B Corporation (B Corp) Movement, initiated in 2006 globally, to China on the platform of Leping Foundation. The movement has nurtured and is now joined actively by such re-defined Best companies as Patagonia, Ben&Jerry's and Kickstarter in local China, who not only make profit but also pursue more positive social and environmental impact, toward Business for Good. I took effort to - Develop the master plan for China movement, including strategy and key actions - Reach common agendas with the US headquarter and build partnership with hubs in South America, Europe and HK in representative of China - Build pipeline of potential B Corps: helped the certification of 3 out 6 certified B Corps in China and helping 6 more in process to build a primary B Corps community in one year - Work with pioneering PE/VC, big corporation and business union to drive the movement I also worked an impact investor under Leping Foundation, covering the sector of education, agriculture and rural development. I was among the founding team to established the sustainable consulting business line of Recende. I worked closely with Fortune 500 and rising IT companies, including Alibaba, Ant Finance, Baidu, etc. to establish their primary CRS structures and strategies.
