I was hesitant at first to get more help finding a job, but I do not regret it at all. I STRONGLY recommend meeting Dedra because she will help with your specific needs. She helped me find a job by improving my interviewing skills, and making sure my resume was spotless. Every interview I had after meeting her turned into a job offer!

There is no professional I’d rather turn to when needing help with writing my resume or helping me create a new opportunity for my professional career. Dedra Perlmutter is the consummate professional. She has an eye for detail and a knack for resume wordsmithing. My resume was too long and Dedra was able to cut out the unnecessary while highlighting the crucial points. After my resume was redone, Dedra remained a positive force in my search. She combed through her contacts to help me create new ones. We came up with a search plan together that was aggressive yet comfortable. Dedra helped me create a list of companies to target and showed me the best ways to get my foot in the door. She kept me honest in my search by checking in with my progress, asking thought provoking questions, and ensuring I stayed on the right track. With no time at all, interviews came my way. Dedra met with me to review phone interview strategies, gave me a list of possible questions and helped me prepare answers to ensure I had thought about them as to not stumble through the interview. We set up a time after the interviews so we can have a post-interview debrief. Dedra was with me all the way through the process to provide as much or as little support as necessary. It’s been several months since I accepted my new position and she still cares enough to check in with me. If I ever find myself in the position of needing help again, I know who I’m calling!
