  I currently work as a Team Leader in Mareel's cafe bar. It caters to many of Shetlands ongoing creative ventures, whether that means housing to people for its yearly Screen Play festival, feeding the masses for Fiddle Frenzy or even having a one off gig. My job means I have to help make sure that the daily runnings of the bar are smooth, meaning I am responsible for such things like orders, work flow as well as the individuals working at the time.
