It's hard to know where to begin to sing the praises of Debra Volz. I had the great fortune to work with her for a number of years when we were both employed by the New Jersey Performing Arts Center. I was not her direct supervisor, but as Vice President of Public Affairs, I interacted with her frequently and always came away knowing that whatever needed to be done, Deb would do it, and improve upon it. She is thorough, exacting, smart and has extraordinary attention to detail. Beyond that, she is a mission driven individual, meaning that when she has the opportunity to work for an organization for which she has a passion, she will go beyond the extra mile because she cares deeply. I cannot recommend Deb highly enough. She is a terrific human being, has a welcome sense of humor and is just a joy to be around. I miss working with her professionally and am happy that we are still in touch because she is very special.
