  Working with Architects and Interior Designers worldwide. Building and fostering relationships with clients to satisfy their business needs while also securing future works. Working alongside a team of Sales Representatives, Project Managers, Planners and Manufacturing Managers and key stakeholders. Collecting a client brief and translating it for completion. Using appropriate specifications and manufacturing restrictions but still resulting in a uniquely bespoke flooring art piece. Responsible for co-ordinating both internal and external Projects in conjunction with multiple practises Globally. Contribute creative input to Marketing and design initiatives such as new inspirational Design Galleries, new range developments, advertising and marketing collateral. Keeping up to date with current fashion/interior trends. Prepare and present sales pitch aimed to introduce clients to the benefits of improving their performance through specifying Modieus products and expertise. Co-ordinate market visits for design/marketing research in order to develop knowledge, client awareness and trend direction in all aspects of design. Develop trend analysis and mood boards to define future colour and design direction for commercial markets. Generate profit for the company through providing the best design solutions in response to specific client design briefs. Ensuring resources/costs to create greater profit.
