I was instrumental in the startup and the ultimate success of this new concept by being one of the first nurses selected to join the pilot program. The program evolved and improved outcomes and is now it the sixth year of successful operation. We have 24/7 nursing coverage and assist the bedside nurses with fetal monitoring surveillance, interventions, mentoring, and initiating the chain of resolution when needed. Show less
