  In my first two years at TWBC I was working in the finance department. From there I graduated to the role of Personal Assistant in the Chief Executives Directorate and have been there for four years. In the CEx team we have a flexible working approach to ensure that the Senior staff are as well prepared as possible for the tasks that they have to undertake. We have worked hard to create resilience in a busy working environment so that the office runs smoothly and we are all aware of what the current priorities are. I support two Directors plus a Head of Service and also frequently cover the PA role for the Chief Executive.
