Starting off my first role in HR after graduation, I was fortunate to find myself as the first HR executive, joining Euromonitor at the stage when the business was scaling. Prior to my joining, most recruitment and other HR functions were handled by individual functions and there was no centralization of efforts. I had the exciting opportunity to be hands-on in helping to set up and establish alignment on key HR processes and procedures. I was involved in various aspects of HR from recruitment, training, HR policy and processes, employee welfare etc. Some key responsibilities include: -End-to-end recruitment of full time staff for the Singapore office -Support the recruitment of freelance analysts regionally-Shortlist resumes for the positions of new hire and conducts phone interviews -Conduct employment verifications-Handle employment offers -Organise employee engagement initiatives-Organize induction programs for new hires-Update and maintain centralized database of HR records
