I teach in the Graduate Nursing Department. I have served as the Coordinator for the Nursing Administration program as well as the MSN/MBA dual degree program. I Teach Health Systems Leadership Courses at the the masters level and Systems and Organizational Leadership in the Doctorate of Nursing Practice program.I write curriculum for both the Master's and Doctoral Nursing programs. Among others, I have written a research course, Capstone Leadership Course and a Systems and Organizational Leadership course. I have served on several School of Nursing as well as University wide committees including Academic Affairs, University Senate, and university Faculty Relations committee. I am served as the School of Nursing Faculty Chair.
