Some responsibilities during a shift look like processing film, scanning film, handling prints orders, photoshopping reproduction orders, taking in mail-in orders, packaging up orders for mail-out, helping customers and writing up order forms correctly. Bartender/Quality Leader
-
Jan 2019 - Apr 2022
I started as a host when I first was hired and worked my way up to Bartender within the first year and a half. As a quality leader, I would help assist the managers to ensure my coworkers are doing what they need to be doing and helping them where I can. A shift when quality leader may look like, planning employees break times, answering questions, talking to guests, scheduling interviews with managers, checking food quality and expoing the window. During time of need and lack of managers due to Covid, I opened the restaurant two mornings as manager, which looked like checking store scheduling app to approve swaps and shifts, counting cash drawers, ensuring employees have what they need to complete their opening tasks, helping guests when needed. Shift Lead
-
Oct 2017 - Jan 2019
As a shift lead I would open up the shop and ensure all tasks were done for that day's shift, as well as locking up the shop and ensuring all tasks were completed before leaving. I made the schedule for the rest of the team and managed inventory as well as placing the inventory orders. I ensured that the team completed all their tasks to standards. Customer service was extremely important as ice cream order were completely custom, and need to be done correctly.
