  I worked as a Program Officer in the Gender Department in PRIA. I looked after partnerships and led the youth initiative called Kadam Badhate Chalo (KBC) campaign. As well as coordinate in a project which for the (migrant and below 18 years) female workers in the informal sector in 3 districts of Delhi and Haryana. I trained and worked with domestic workers towards fighting for their rights for dignified workplaces and equal rights. My responsibilities were as following: 1. Training on gender and prevention of "Sexual Harassment At Workplace" which is pertinent to the youth in their adolescence. 2. Coordination involved detailed planning of their activities, safety audit, and events through-out the year including making regular visits to these sites on a timely basis. 3. Analysis of impact of the project on the youth and community. 4. Identifying potential beneficiaries who can scale-up the project based on their performance and interest. 5. Coordinating meeting with domestic workers, skill mapping as well workplace mapping. 6. Taking up issues with concerned stakeholders. 7. Planing session with the youth on issues such as women's health, puberty, VAW, trafficking, aspiration mapping, career counselling, etc. Show less
