Worked as part of project team of six, to review and design the new consultant training weekend workshop. Attended a workshop before redesign to allow thorough input into the syllabus. Undertook telephone and face to face follow up research before and after the new syllabus was implemented to evaluate effectiveness. Took part in Consultant focus groups and was involved in pilot testing whole company training looking at running inspirational and motivational meetings. Contributed to a company published training booklet called ‘Involve, Inform, Inspire’.
