Deb had an amazing career at the Washington County WorkForce Center. I had the opportunity to work with her for nearly four years. Duing that time, Deb showed great leadership amongst her Dislocated Worker/WIA team as well as played a key role in managment team decisions. Deb had a wide array of skills that she brought to the job including: program management, program implementation, developing and writing reports and managing contracts. Deb is a pleasure to work with and displays great passion for those around her.

Deborah listens and analyzes information in a fair and structured way; this allows her to arrive at decisions and opinions that are fair and informed. She does a great job of paying attention to all the aspects that need to be considered in program development and delivery.
