I serve as a Managing Director & Principal of the firm based out of Kansas City. I have been in executive search for almost 18 years and have directly managed executive search assignments ranging from senior director to chief executive officer. My experience includes search assignments for executive, administrative, operations management, clinical, financial, technology and marketing leaders for clients such as Greater Wichita Economic Development Coalition, Quad Cities Chamber of Commerce, Springfield (MO) Chamber of Commerce, Development Corporation of Abilene (TX), Nebraska State Bar Association, Kansas State Chamber, NeighborWorks America, Technology Association of Iowa, Hutchinson Regional Medical Center and many more. Prior to joining WAVERLY PARTNERS, I was a Director in the Toledo, Ohio office of Stratford Group, a nationally retained executive search firm. Earlier in my career, I was employment manager for CompuServe, Inc. and prior to that held regional management responsibilities with Ameritech/AT&T including network planning, engineering and call center operations.
