As CRM administrator for our company’s Microsoft CRM system, I’ve had the opportunity to work with Deb on a wide variety of CRM projects/initiatives. I’ve found her knowledge of Microsoft CRM extensive; She knows what needs done and knows where to find the answers when she does not. Deb communicates very well and goes above and beyond customer communication. I’ve worked CRM issues with her after hours and on weekends. Any issue we have had, I’ve found the response time to be excellent. Any project initiative we’ve worked together on, we are both very clear on what needs accomplished; Is Deb does not understand, she does not hesitate to ask before moving forward. All projects/initiatives we have worked on, I am very pleased with; Projects were completed to exacting specifications, clear communications, and deliverables on time with fair pricing based on the project overview. With 10+ years of programming in various data structures and computer languages, I find Deb’s skills highly valuable and highly recommended.

Deborah did a great job in assisting my company with all our Cash Flow systems and Payroll. Deborah was able to set up our system in a short amount of time and have it running efficiently to make us more profitable. She was able to assist our Payroll processor with the details needed to do our payroll and make sure everything was set up to pay on time and that it was 100% accurate!
