Primarily responsible for all organization and administration processes with the human resources and accounting department. I support the administrative part of bid documents for projects in Namibia and South Africa. Additionally, I am responsible for booking and organization of all business trips to different countries and their necessary visas (international trips and visa application coordination to over 7 countries for our co-workers). Furthermore, the organization of events and business meetings with potential clients for example at “Mining Indaba” in South Africa are also a part of my duties.
