My resposibilities were to insure the product met customer specifications. This included package and case codes, package integrity, product flavor, color, aroma, titratable acids, vitamin c and percent solids in the product (brix). I was also responsible for wip and rinse inventory and usage of it back into the product. I corrected and approved product per customer specifications and conducted microbiological testing on incoming raw materials and all finished product.
