  Reporting directly to the President and CEO I managed a team to advance the membership and profile of All Classical Portland. Duties included: supervise membership program from prospect and acquisition research to cultivation of existing donors, capital and annual campaign projects with extensive tracking and reporting, strategic and budget planning, assist and lead special events including on-air pledge drives, maintain business relationships with vendors, financial institutions and cultural partners, organize and process gift recording and acknowledgements, website development, volunteer training and coordination. Database duties: Primary manager and administrator of Raisers Edge database software, generating mailing lists, preparing reports for; Board, departments, committees, monthly and annual audit financial reconciliation and grants. Also; exporting and advanced importing, cleanup and unification of records and routine database upgrades and maintenance.
