  pediactric with iv's--use buritrol, continuous sat machines, restart iv, wt pt daily and wt diapers for i/o; surgery--knee, hips, abd; diabetic pt--glucotrol sticks by nurse; wound vacs; i'm frequently asked to restart iv's for other nurses; i occas float to icu--am comfortable with hi flow o2, restart iv, read heart monitors; rarely float to ob--postpartum pt/baby care; use pyxis machines for meds; pca--morphine/dilaudid----must be on heart and cont sat; marcaine bulbs for at surgery site pain relief; bipap/cpap machines
