I had the honor of working with Deborah during her time at Lloyd Group as a Senior Project Manager. Her strong focus on process and procedures proved invaluable in keeping projects on track. Deborah's exceptional leadership and communication skills played a key role in delivering successful outcomes and surpassing client expectations. Additionally, her background aided the team in understanding client office construction timelines and identifying potential risks to Lloyd Group. I am grateful for the opportunity to have worked with Deborah, and I have no doubt she will be a valuable asset to any company.

I had the luxury of working with Deb for just over a year during my time in Bullhorn's North American PMO organization. Her willingness to step into challenging situations and drive projects forward is commendable and was always willing to lend a helping hand to those around her. She also played a significant role in the team's process improvement strategies. For example, within her first year of being at Bullhorn, she created a variety of detailed project templates to help streamline project initiation steps for PMs across the organization. This level of standardization helped to create more consistency around project deliverables and a better overall client experience. I was always impressed by Deb's attention to detail and overall work ethic. She was an absolute pleasure to work with!
