  Although my 25 year old company (Hussey Company Real Estate, Inc. was sold in 2004, I still maintain my Realtor designation(at the same location) on Ft. Myers Beach with VIP Realty Group. I currently rent the office and retail space at 2450 Estero Blvd. as well as the cottages Gulf-side of the property (seasonally and annually).

  Located In N. Ft. Myers just across the Caloosahatchee River from historic downtown Ft. Myers, Prosperity Pointe Marina offers 58 slip rentals as well as fenced-in dry storage. Short term, seasonal and long term boat slip rentals are available and livaboards are welcome (showers and washer/dryer on site). Our friendly ships store offers a variety of live bait - shrimp, pins, worms and shiners, as well as tackle, snacks, sodas and ice.
