I have been working with Deborah for many years in her roles at Henry's, DC and Gentec. As a printer for over 20 years, it is very rare to work with such a talented designer that produces visually appealing layouts that are as fundamentally sound as they are captivating! She is efficient as they get with an amazing eye for detail! She has experience producing all sorts of marketing and technical material, packaging and signage and is beyond proficient with all design software. Deborah's creative abilities and technical skills coupled with her efficiency and eye for detail make her an absolute asset to any company looking for a lead designer!

Can't say enough about Deb. Amazing designer, fantastic personality, super fast while at the same time extremely detailed. There's essentially nothing she can't do, web, print, POP, displays - the list is endless and she's constantly learning new things. Unbelievable asset to any organization on the graphic design and web side. Highly, highly recommended.

Over saw Royal LePage Signature’s new Design Studio in Mississauga, to ensure a smooth transition with the real estate agents and to make sure the quality of work met Design Studio standards. Responsible for making the new Design Studio successful and a service the agents would use seamlessly. Created features sheets, direct mail pieces, signs, business cards, flyers and more in a time sensitive environment. Met one-on-one with various agents to discuss a variety of projects and problem solved any issues with agent complaints. Booked projects with team members in Mississauga and Don Mills Studio locations based on their schedules. Logged all print costs for the team and looked for the best price from various print vendors. Met with managers and web developers to aid in the layout and design of the companies website. Walked agents through direct mail processes with Canada Post's website. Worked on issues regarding the printer or computers within the studio. Show less
