Christy is an extremely dedicated and hard worker. When she originally applied for a job, it was for a seasonal aquatics job at the day camp I run at the JCC. I told her I would pass her resume on, and I am really glad I did. A year later she is running the JCC's membership software in addition to being in charge of membership and is taking the task head-on as we continually develop our membership identity of the JCC. Additionally, I manage Christy as the Maccabi Delegation Head. She has also taken this task head-on and has been a quick learner in a program with a lot of different information to remember. Christy is also thoughtful, willing to listen, and thinks through decisions before doing anything in haste.
