  As Shift Administrator of PVH I was responsible for the operations of the hospital during the off hours. I worked in all nursing departments as well as covering departments that are not open during the off hours. I was responsible for the staffing of the nursing units. I also performed as the resource person for the nursing departments as well as some other departments. I was a liasion with the public as well as the physicians working at PVH.
