~ Provided recruitment and retention services to 150-200 Native students/semester. ~ Provided direct services to students in career decision – making, employ-ability skills, career assessment inventory etc. ~ Developed a tribal community credit course schedule each semester. ~ Developed marketing and advertising strategies for recruitment of minority students for both off/on campus courses. ~Knowledge of alternative delivery methods including ITV, self-paced computer courses, and accelerated/integrated instructional delivery through the Tribal Management Program. ~ Initiated a Tribal Needs/Asset Assessment for the Minority Services Department and Nicolet College to guide education and training for minority students and area communities. ~ Conducted student focus groups to assist the college services department understand student needs and drive department strategic planning. ~ Collected and assisted with the compilations of Client Reporting Data for the Special Populations and the Minority Recruitment and Retention Grants.
