  Books for Kids is a program dedicated to making sure all children in Milwaukee, WI have books at home.Children who have access to books at home increase their abiltiy to read. Books for Kids has a Read With Me program where volunteers read with the children in our Head Start program. We give at least 400 books away each week!! All books are donated and given to children. Congregations, corporations, scouts, and individuals are amoung those who donate. Brewers games, State Fair, Summerfest, Book Blast at Southridge Mall, and more all provide avenues to donate books. Show less
