I worked as a Guidewire Claim Center Configuration Developer. My experience includes: PCF changes including the various properties to code logic or make the UI behave a certain way, Detail Views, Input Sets, List Views, Popups, Field Level changes, and Validation. Data Model changes. Typelist changes and adding new typelists. Display keys. Updating the Properties file to add URL's that are different per region. Creating new Script Parameters for one of a kind values. Creating new Activity Patterns for new Activities. Creating new email templates. Writing new Business Rules in the following Rule Sets: Assignment, Workplan, Validation, Pre-Update, Post-Setup, Exception, and Event Fired. Creating new Activities that go to Queues, Groups, a particular User, or the Supervisor. Writing new Gosu classes, Gosu enhancements, and Gosu methods some of which are reusable code for other developers to use. Setting up new Queues, Groups, and Users from the Administration tab. Wrote a Messaging plugin. Used H2 and Oracle databases. Websphere application server. Clear Case versioning and deployment of code to upper region. Worked extensively with Systems Analysts and Business Analysts to create system requirements that are detailed and accurate. Debugger in Studio to determine problem resolution as well as test Gosu code line by line. Worked on Auto, Property, General Liability, and Workers Compensation Lines of Business.
