  Assist Directors and Managers on a daily basis. Interact with vendors, shift managers, employees, and other departments on a daily basis. Keep Team Update Monitor up-to-date with information that employees should know. Order supplies for Operations Office and Slot Tech parts. Utilize departmental credit card and do expense reports. Verify slot contracts/leases against financial statements. Act as Timekeeper for department payroll and manager for Slot Guest Service Rep Toke Committee. Remind managers of employee compliance training that must be completed. Assist with Employee of the Month nomination by apprising managers/supervisors which employees are eligible for nomination based on eligibility standards and guest comments submitted. Assist in sending gaming forms to off-site storage. Request chair repairs when needed and generate BPO for payments. Utilize the following computer programs, most at an expert level: Microsoft Windows 7 Office (including Power Point, Excel, Word), Kronos payroll, Stratton-Warren for ordering parts and warehouse supplies, Internet Explorer or Google Chrome for parts research and ordering, and Workday.
