I am on the board of a professional association. We planned a strategic planning meeting and wanted it to have impact and elevate our thinking about what the association could accomplish. We asked Debbie to design and facilitate our meeting. She did a wonderful job for us. We covered the issues that were crucial for us and had fun in the processes. I cannot emphasize the fun part enough; she transformed an agenda that might have had us covering the same old ground into one that evoked our creativity and gave ideas that were valuable in our planning process. As a result, we had clarity what we wanted to accomplish and on issues that we should bury because they were not moving us forward. We left the meeting with a sense of accomplishment and with appreciation for what Deb helped us accomplish. I recommend Deb highly for her meeting design and facilitation skills.
