Debbie Behar-Linsker worked under my direct supervision, in TOTTO, for a period of 2 year ending March 2005. During that period, I had the great pleasure of seeing her blossom from a recently graduated professional, at the beginning, into a fully functioning, extremely creative Product Designer. This was the position she held before moving on to her new life in Israel. Regarding her job responsibilities, Debbie not only designed and developed most of the products in our Bags and Backpacks (and Accessories) Department, but she also was in charge of the investigation, analysis, and synthesis of fashion trends; investigation and development of new supplies; direct contact in the design area with our suppliers in China; support in market research, among others. This is one of Debbie´s strong points: the ability to take on multiple tasks simultaneously and produce high quality results despite deadline pressure. Her weighty workload never diminished the quality of her design output. On the interpersonal side, Debbie has superior communication skills. She gets along extremely well with staff under her supervision, as well as colleagues at her own level. She is highly respected, both as a person and a professional, by colleagues, employees, suppliers, and costumers alike. When Debbie announced her resignation, we were saddened to see her leave, although we wished her the greatest success in her new undertaking. I can undoubtedly state that her presence, both as a person and as an exemplary employee, were missed. In closing, as detailed above, based on my experience working with her, and on her diligence, punctuality, leadership, reliability, enthusiasm, and creativity, I unreservedly recommend Debbie Behar-Linsker
